All spaces guided by Britley Williams & Ellen Tsai are curated with high-level intention. Safety, support, and resonance are paramount; it is a priority that the container is bound by love and trust by all participants. As a participant entering To Have and To hold, you agree to the following:

1. GO ALL IN. Approach the work with an open heart and an open mind. The nature of this work involves intuitive guidance and a variety of inner-explorative and embodiment experiences. Be receptive to whatever arises within the group and respect the validity of each individual's experience.

2. COMMUNICATION. Utilize email or the Telegram chat as the primary means of communication during the 6 Month container.

3. ATTENDANCE. We encourage you to be on each call, to do the homework, and create the space in your life to see the impact come through so you can get the full value out of this container. Attend sessions promptly to demonstrate your commitment and respect for the container, other participants, as well as Ellie and Britley.

4. PAYMENT. The payment for THTH is USD $850 or $150 for 6-months unless otherwise noted. Please use the link provided in the initial email for payment. All payment plans will be auto-deducted each month and incur a 2% processing fee, which will be automatically deducted via Stripe. LATE PAYMENTS WILL INCUR A $50 FEE for each week that payment is overdue. 

In the event of failed payment, you will have a 7-day grace period to complete the payment. After this period, sessions and access to programs will be suspended until the outstanding payment is made.

After the 6-month period, your membership will automatically switch to month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days notice. 

5. NO REFUNDS.

Coaching is by design, a confronting process. At times, a client may feel that they are unable or unwilling to move forward in a project, as fear or discomfort arises. While your coach understands that this may be a normal part of the process, they are committed to delivering results. They cannot and do not offer refunds of any monies paid. Simply, the coaching relationship is a professional engagement. Once fees are paid, the services are available. Of course, the client is free to cancel the engagement at any time.
If you choose to terminate this contract, you are required to pay the total remainder of installments after termination of your participation in the program.

If you do not participate in the trainings or virtual meetings and/or utilize coaching sessions in this program, you are doing so by your own choice and understand that no full or partial refunds will be givenor returned.

5. RECORDING CONSENT AND USAGE AGREEMENT.

I grant Britley Williams and Ellen Tsai the irrevocable and unrestricted right to record, reproduce, distribute, and use my likeness, voice, and any materials I contribute (collectively referred to as "the Recording") in any form or medium for paid purposes, including but not limited to commercial, advertising, promotional, or educational endeavors.
